CALinONE offers a free basic version with all essential calendar features. For advanced features like detailed statistics, Home Assistant integration and calendar sharing, there’s an optional Pro version.
CALinONE is available for Android and iOS. Your data is stored locally on your device. Optional features such as Google Calendar sync or calendar sharing let you share selected entries across devices or with others.
Anything that’s part of your everyday life: appointments and events (with your own categories), leave and absences, and work shifts. Just tap the “+” in the calendar, select the date and time, and save your entry.
Yes! You can create recurring entries and save frequently used shift types (e.g. early, late, night) with predefined times in the settings. Create an entire rotation once and apply it to any time period – this saves a lot of time.
Install the CALinONE integration in Home Assistant (via HACS), add it under “Devices & Services” and copy the displayed webhook URL into CALinONE's settings. The integration creates the calendar and sensors automatically. You'll find the step-by-step guide on our Home Assistant page.
With the Pro “Share calendar” feature you can share your entries with family, friends or colleagues. You exchange a connection code, after which you each see your plans in a shared calendar. The transfer is end-to-end encrypted via Google Firebase, so neither Google nor the developer can read the content. By default only shift and leave entries are shared; appointments (including their notes) are only transferred if you enable this via a switch. Pay data is never shared.
Enter your hourly rate and any applicable bonuses (night, weekend, holiday) in the settings. CALinONE automatically calculates your salary based on your recorded shifts and also shows your overtime.
By default, your data is stored exclusively on your device. Only if you enable the optional Pro “Share calendar” feature is an end-to-end-encrypted copy of the shared entries forwarded via Google Firebase to connected people – the content is unreadable to anyone but you. Yes, you can export your calendar and salary data as CSV, PDF, or ICS. Go to Settings → Export Data.
Yes, CALinONE works offline. Your calendar lives on your device, so you can access and manage it anytime — even without an internet connection. Optional features such as Home Assistant sync, calendar sharing or Google Calendar do need a connection, of course.
No. If you have purchased CALinONE Pro, you can restore your purchase on a new device using the same store account. Sign in to the relevant app store (Google Play or the App Store) with the same account, open CALinONE and choose “Restore purchase” in the options.
